Do you charge a fee?

Yes we do sometimes. It depends on the product we are supplying. We work for a living and have commitments just like anybody else but sometimes we can AND will waive the fee on certain products.
The fee can always be added into the loan however and VERY rarely will there be any money to lay out up front.
